As promised, Selena Gomez has released the music video for her latest single “Kill Em With Kindness,” which dropped Monday!

Directed by Emil Nava, the clip shows that the beauty is no stranger to magazine cover shoots. The simple black-and-white video focuses on Gomez singing to the camera during a photo shoot in a loft, recreating that cover shoot vibe she’s oh so familiar with.

It’s almost reminiscent of those ’90’s videos that seem to take place in DIY art spaces showing the artist just living that aesthetic life. But then we see a group of dancers pop up out of nowhere, and the clip starts to feel like a Dior commercial.

Selena is currently busy on her Revival tour, which began in Las Vegas on May 6. She just announced that she’ll be donating proceeds from her upcoming Tuesday concert in Charlotte, North Carolina to charity. This is in light of the state’s wildly controversial Public Facilities Privacy and Security Act (HB2) law, which has been under fire for discriminating against LGBT individuals.
