Back in March, Sam Smith announced via a string of Instagram pictures that he was working on his own happiness by eating healthier and exercising–especially, Amanda Freer’s 2015 book “Eat. Nourish. Glow: 10 Easy Steps for Losing Weight, Looking Younger & Feeling Healthier” seemed to have affected him in a personal way.

These days, it seems the soulful singer appears even more comfortable with his newly slim build, as he’s posted even more photos on Insta that reveal some skin and a figure that’s different from the time his award-winning debut LP In The Lonely Hour was released.
