Fergie isn’t playing around. The songstress is back with her Polow Da Don-produced banger titled “M.I.L.F. $” and wastes zero time dropping this jaw-dropping visual.
The music video features the 41-year-old rocking a variety of some eye-popping outfits and getting down in some choreography. She also poses with a posse of fellow celebrity moms including Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, Ciara, in addition to supermodels Amber Valletta, Gemma Ward, and Devon Aoki.
The Colin Tilley-directed clip is for “M.I.L.F. $” is “Milf Money” when said outloud, and in this case, it stands for “Moms I’d Like To Follow.” The video plays out in a 1950’s-esque cookie-cutter setting as the neighborhood “milfman” drives around, awestruck by all the hot moms along his route.
“Changing the acronym to Moms I’d Like To Follow is about empowering women who do it all, Fergie commented on her tune to Entertainment Weekly. “They have a career, a family, and still find the time to take care of themselves and feel sexy.”
Although the track might be an acquired taste, I think we can all say that this bold and colorful visual is one of the year’s best. It also gives the track some perspective and should have no problem attracting all those YouTube hits.
“Heard you in the mood for a little milfshake / Welcome to the Dairy Dutchess Love Factory / I could whip it up, fix you up straight away,” the singer croons on her first single since 2014’s “L.A. Love (La La).”
Kim Kardashian commented on the video shoot, “Do you guys see those 10-inch gold heels I ahd to wear in the milk shower?! It was not easy, but I think it looks hot.”
“M.I.L.F. $” will supposedly be included in Fergie’s upcoming studio album Double Duchess, her first solo LP since The Duchess in 2006.
